What is the process for signing up for the program?

Fill out “Online Coaching Questionnaire”

Download the Train Heroic app and create an account

Look out for a "Welcome" email from us that includes a link to the recurring Paypal subscription as well as the program access code.

Do I need to commit for a certain amount of time?

No commitment is required. However, we recommend sticking with the program for at least 3 months to see the best results.
