DOJO is the group training arm of Doctor Dunks. Honestly, these are some of my favorite sessions because I love working with youth athletes. Everyone understands that technique and coordination needs to be improved for you to get better at your sport, and the same is true of weight room activities. The goal of DOJO is to provide a learning experience for developing athletes to gain confidence in their bodies and with their exercise technique so that their training can be safe and effective. The sooner you can learn what high quality training is, the more high quality training you will accumulate over the course of your athletic career and the closer you will get to your "genetic potential".
