Prior to working with Kyle I had 2 microfracture knee surgeries within 8 months while playing professional basketball in the Philippines. After the surgeries I was never able to squat 135lbs. After working with Kyle 3x/week, I was able to get back on the squat rack and consistently squat weight that I never thought I could before. He also was able to strengthen my single leg strength using different techniques that would work around my weakest movements (the lunge position).
